Key Custody Service

What is and what services are included?

This service is to keep the keys of your home all year, making it available in the following cases:

• 
  Delivery and collection of the customers who rent your house through Titan Properties.
• 
  Emergency call service: if a tenant in the house is left locked out or lost the keys, we will rescue them by providing our emergency call service. In the case of lost keys, the cost of changing locks by the tenant would not be transferred to the home owner
• 
  Delivery and collection of keys to vendors for repairs, furniture delivery, installations, cleaning, etc.
• 
  Delivery and collection of keys to any person previously authorized by the owner.
• 
  If the rent is received by the owners, we are at disposal for the delivery and collection of keys at our office and we offer the same services for emergency calls.

The price of this service is 250 € a year (VAT not included).
